Numerical Strength Simulation of Steel Strip Winding Cylinder of Isostatic Pressing Container

Abstract: The prestressed steel wire winding cylinder is an important processing equipment in vacuum aerospace and other fields. The article uses load steps to establish a simulation calculation model for the winding process of prestressed steel wire wound thick-walled cylinders. Based on the large-scale general finite element software, through the structural analysis of the working cylinder of the isostatic press steel belt winding form, the stress distribution of its preload and working state can be determined. This work may provide an important basis for the design of the working cylinder of the isostatic press.
