摘要: 本文介绍了一种基于莱宝L300系列检漏仪检测航天器总漏率的测试方法,并成功研制出莱宝检漏仪的非真空氦质谱累积航天器总漏率测试系统。经过多次试验测试,结果表明研制的航天器总漏率测试系统具有测量精度高、性能稳定,不仅降低了航天器系统总漏率最小可检值,而且降低了设备重量,增加了移动使用的便携性,具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。

Abstract: In this paper, we successfully developed a test method based on the L300 series helium mass spectrometry of LEYBOLD to test the total leakage rate of spacecraft used to a non-vacuum accumulative helium detection method. After many tests, the results show that the as-developed spacecraft total leakage rate test system has high measurement accuracy and stable performance. It not only reduces the total leakage rate of the spacecraft system to a minimum, but also reduces the weight of the equipment and increases the mobility. It has some engineering applications and popularization values.
