工艺参数对多道搭接等离子熔覆残余应力的影响*

Influence of Process Parameter on the Residual Stress of Multi-Track Overlapping Plasma Cladding

摘要: 研究钴基合金多道搭接等离子熔覆在不同工艺参数下残余应力的分布规律,为后续残余应力的调控奠定基础。设计正交试验,采用等离子熔覆技术制备9组不同工艺参数下的单层多道钴基等离子熔覆样件,采用盲孔法对每个熔覆试件的残余应力进行测量,探究工作电流、扫描速度、送粉速度等工艺参数对残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:熔覆层表面存在大量残余拉应力。熔覆起点处的残余应力小于熔覆终点处的残余应力;沿搭接方向的残余应力小于沿扫描路径方向的残余应力。对残余应力影响最显著的工艺参数是工作电流。熔覆层残余应力随工作电流的增大不断增大,随着扫描速度的增大逐渐减小;随着送粉速度的增大,残余应力呈先增大后减小的趋势。

Abstract: In order to study the distribution of residual stress of multi-track overlapping plasma cladding of Co-based alloy under different process parameters to control the residual stress, orthogonal experiment was designed and nine groups of single-layer multi-track Co-based plasma cladding samples with different process parameters were prepared by plasma cladding. Blind-hole method was used to measure the residual stress at the starting location, intermediate location and finish location of each sample, and the influence of working current, scanning speed and powder feeding rate on the residual stress was analyzed. The residual tensile stress was distributed in the surface of the samples. The residual stress of start location was lower than the finish location, the residual stress parallel to the overlapping path was lower than that parallel to the scanning path. The working current was the most significant influence factor on the residual stress. The greater the working current is, the greater the residual stress is. With the increase of the scanning speed, the residual stress becomes smaller. With the increase of the powder feeding rate, the residual stress increase and then decrease.
