Vacuum Measurement and Application for Aerospace

Abstract: The normal vacuum gauge, application of single chip microcomputer in vacuum gauge, the vacuum measurement in the application for aerospace, the standard of the vacuum measurement, and the application of carbon nanotube cathode in ionization gauge are introduced simply in this paper.
